Susie Lunsford and Phillip Morgan of Claremore were united in marriage Oct. 19, 2007, at Skelly Lodge in Catoosa.
Guests were seated under a tree festive with pink lights and viewed a video and musical journey of the couple’s relationship which began in 1965 when they were students at Cleveland High School. They reunited a year ago after both attended their class reunion.
Family and friends danced to music of the sixties by DJ Connections. Food from Molly’s Landing was served as well as a three-tiered pink frosted strawberry cake covered in orchids, peonies, and rose sugar flowers.
The couple are retired and at home in Claremore. They plan a 2008 honeymoon to Italy.
