Jordon McCaw, of Claremore, and Christopher King, of Owasso, were united in marriage in an afternoon ceremony on Oct. 6, 2007, at Verdigris Valley Vineyard. Jason Brown officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of J.D. and Lori McCaw of Claremore. She is the granddaughter of Carolyn and Gerald Nichols of Verdigris.
Jordon is a graduate of Lincoln Christian School She works as a waitress and is currently attending Rogers State University working toward a degree in Education.
The groom is the son of Laura Robinson of Owasso, and Doug King of Tulsa. He is the grandson of Doris Hoefler of Claremore, and Jack King of Claremore.
He is a graduate of Lincoln Christian School. He is in the United States Army and is preparing for deployment to Iraq.
The bride’s colors were coral and brown. She wore a white gown with sequins, pearls and lace, and carried roses.
Jessica McCaw, sister of the bride was maid of honor, with Jami McCaw, sister of the bride, and Tiffany McCaw, sister-in-law of the bride were bridesmaids.
James Heisterburg, best friend of the groom, stood as best man, while Adam White, high school friend of the groom, and Justin McCaw, brother of the bride, were groomsmen.
Jon Wattson and Derek Wells were ushers. Ashley Crago attended the guest book.
The wedding was planned in just two weeks due to Chris’s deployment.
After a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean, the couple plan to make their home in Claremore.
