WAGONER COUNTY —
A Catoosa woman was taken to a Tulsa hospital this morning with injuries sustained when she hit a tree in Wagoner County.
According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports, 49-year-old Vicki Lynne Puckett of Catoosa was eastbound in her 2001 Toytota Tacoma on 31st Street South, three miles south of Broken Arrow in Wagoner County at 12:07 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16.

Puckett was reported to have been wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident.
