CLAREMORE —
Catoosa’s former Assistant Police Chief has been arrested again for violating the terms of his probation, according to Rogers County Sheriff’s deputies.
Paul Whitmire pled guilty in 2010 to obtaining prescription painkillers from numerous sources.
He was fired shortly after his indictment in January of 2010.
Whitmire is presently serving 30-months probation. His booking report did specify the terms of his parole violation.
He is currently being held for the U. S. Marshals.
