May 17, 2009 — The first graduates of the President’s Leadership Class (PLC) at Rogers State University received their diplomas recently during the university’s 97th commencement ceremony. Pictured are, left to right, Desiree Mitchell, Kaleb Woolever, and Dr. Carolyn Taylor, RSU professor and director of the President’s Leadership Class. RSU has established the President’s Leadership Class (PLC), a four-year scholarship program designed to foster personal and professional development for RSU students who have demonstrated leadership abilities.
