CLAREMORE —
Funeral service for Jack Buddy Moore will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at the United Pentecostal Church of Chelsea. Burial will follow at Chelsea Cemetery under the direction of the Chelsea Funeral Home and Crematory.
Jack went home to be with the Lord on March 1, 2013 at the age of 82.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Christine Criner Moore of the home, his sons, Mark Buddy Moore, Sr. and wife Keynna of Adair, and Gregory Lewis Moore and wife, Teresa of Chelsea, his daughter, Judy Ellen Moore Wood and husband, Ricky, of Caruthers, Calif., 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Bob Moore of Foyil; and sisters, Vonnie Culver of Claremore, and Carylone Isaacs of Oologah.
