Graveside service for Arthur Pat “Art” Hipp will be 2 p.m., Fri., Feb. 1, at Ward’s Grove Cemetery, Foyil, with Rev. Gerald Biswell officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday 8 a.m. to noon.
Art passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at his home at the age of 78.
Art is survived by his wife, Audra of the home; sons: Rick Hipp of Texas, Max Hipp and wife, Dorothy of Verdigris, and Bryan Hipp and wife, Rhonda of Broken Arrow; brothers: John Hipp of Verdigris, Wesley Hipp of Claremore, and Leslie Hipp of Claremore; sister, Nora Cooper of Verdigris; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
