Memorial service for Leon Otis Kackley will be 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 12, at the Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Chapel.
Leon died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at the Claremore Nursing Home at the age of 75.
He is survived by his only living sibling Barbara Johnson & her husband of Kansas City Mo. He is also survived by his children Jack Kackley of Claremore Ok, Debra & Andy Lackey of Owasso, Okla. & Pam Flusche of Tulsa, Okla.; 11 Grandchildren; and 2 great-granddaughters.
