CLAREMORE — A Memorial Service for Robert Buckles will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at Sequoyah Full Gospel Church. Brother Wayne Phillips will share words of comfort. Bob passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2012. He was 56.

Born in Streator, Ill. On July 14, 1956, Bob spent most of his life working as a machinist. He also dedicated many years to savings lives as a volunteer firefighter in Fillmore, California. He worked as recreation director for the City of Fillmore and was a loving mentor to many people in the community. Bob enjoyed playing the guitar, being outdoors with his family, and playing softball. More than anything else in the world, he loved being a “Papa” to his grandchildren.

Loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle and Papa, Bob is survived by his wife, Jackie Buckles; son, Kristopher John Davis and wife Shawna; daughter Kasey Bingham and husband Randall; grandchildren, Hannah and Hunter Davis and Treydgen and Devyn Bingham, all of Claremore; his parents, Ernest and Patsy Buckles; siblings Ronald, Gail, Debra, Kim, Martin and David; mother-in-law Barbara Hawkins of Claremore; and sister-in-law Terry Chewning and husband, Ted, also of Claremore. He was preceded in death by a precious grandson, Taylor Davis.

Services for Wanda Bell Reed were today at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the Garden at Rice Funeral Service. Burial followed at Washington Cemetery.

Burial will follow under the direction of Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service & Crematory. Visitation will be held at the funeral home 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday 1-8 p.m., and family will greet friends 4-6 p.m. Bonnie passed away Friday, May 17, 2013, at her home at the age of 53.
