October 7, 2009 — Esther Henson and Debbie Morrison of the Rogers County Assessor’s Office with their first place entry to design the new Roger County official seal. County employees competed for a week’s vacation and the honor of having designed the county seal. The blind competition went through two panels of judges with the identity of the artists reveals only after the final selection was made.
