Republican Women host Clerk Candidate Henry

CLAREMORE — The Rogers County Republican women will host their monthly luncheon noon today at the Will Rogers Memorial.

Kim Henry, candidate for Rogers County Court Clerk will be speaking at the event.
As part of the Rogers County Republican Party the women meet each month for a meal, provide a variety of books and other information to guests.  Henry will present information or answer questions provided by the group.
“I want to provide better customer service, increase the use of technology and provide more availability to customers,” Henry said.
Henry plans to do this through extended hours and investing in more technology.
Henry is focused on improving relationships with all law enforcement agencies in Rogers County, judicial services and citizens that use the legal system.
“As we improve the relationships in the system it will improve the flow and communication to improve,” Henry. The court clerk should serve as a liaison between the citizens and the court system.
Henry has served for 19 years in the criminal justice system, in positions from a legal assistant to a district attorney investigator.
Her experience ranges from not only filing documents but arranging them in the court system. Henry has worked in both the federal and state court systems.  Previously, other candidates for the Republican nomination have spoke to the group providing them the opportunity to learn more about their platform.
