Man arrested for soliciting minor on FB

CLAREMORE — Rogers County District Attorney Investigators arrested Jeffrey Adam Riggs Friday for soliciting sexual conduct or communications with a minor by use of technology.

Riggs, 29 of Tulsa was arrested on a warrant issued out of Rogers County.
The investigation was a joint effort with the Verdigris Police Department.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation provided technical assistance with the investigation.
A 12 -year-old girl alerted her mother, after a man tried to befriend her on Facebook.
The mother posed as her daughter and notified the Verdigris Police Department, when the man tried to make arrangements to meet the girl for sex. 
Riggs was arrested last week and transported to the Rogers County Jail.
The suspect was later released after meeting the $25,000 bond.
