July 29, 2009 — Claremore couple Bonnie and Alan Tubbs recently donated $1,000 towards “A Child Is Missing” (ACIM) — a program designed to assist law officers in their efforts of recoving missing children and lost vulnerable adults. The Fort Lauderdale-based ACIM group recently spoke to civic leaders and more than 70 law officers from 26 different agencies on its community-based program being introduced in Claremore to aid in the recovery of lost children.
