UPDATE - Escapee grabbed by deputies

CLAREMORE — A yet-to-be-identified suspect is in custody at Rogers County Jail after attempting to flee from a court appearance at the Rogers County Courthouse, say sheriff’s deputies.

According to Rogers County Undersheriff John Sappington, the sheriff’s department got a call from Rogers County Courthouse Deputy Tom Howse around 11 a.m. to inform them of a “running suspect.”
