Vandals ink graffiti at local church

CLAREMORE — Graffiti was found Tuesday on the pavement of First Christian Church, and a nearby neighbor’s storage shed.

Pastor Charles Ragland said similar tags have been seen west of the alley way toward downtown Claremore, as well as near the high school and across the street from the library.
“An officer came to look at the area, however could not tell for sure if it was legitimate,” said Ragland.
Plans are underway to cover up the gang tags, he said.
