July 15, 2009 — The Claremore Civic Band will be in concert this Thursday, July 16, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in the G. Waide Sibley Memorial Gazebo in Lynn Riggs Park.
The band will play “Guadalcanal March” by Richard Rodgers, selections from “The Mikado” by Sir Arthur Sullivan, a medley of songs entitled “The Good Ol’ West” that includes “Red River Valley” “My Home's In Montana,” “Git Along, Little Dogies,” “The Yellow Rose of Texas,” “Buffalo Gals (Won't You Come Out Tonight?),” “The Streets of Laredo,” and “Home On the Range.”
Bring lawn chairs and come enjoy some great music. In case of rain, the concert will be canceled and the next reglarly scheduled concert will be Thursday, July 30.
