Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order entered herein on the 4th day of April, 2011, the undersigned, as Personal Representative of the estate of said deceased, will sell at private sale to the highest bidder, for cash, subject to confirmation of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on or after the 4th day of April, 2011, all of the right, title and interest that said estate has by operation of law or otherwise acquired, in and to that certain real land personal property situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The E/2 of the W/2 of the SE/4 of Government Lot 7, in Section 7, Township 22 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, 2.5 acres, more or less, with 2 mobile homes in poor condition. Value approximately $20,000.00.
upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit: Cash upon confirmation of sale. Bids must be in writing and may be left at the office of CARLE & HIGGINS attorneys for the Personal Representative, or may be filed in the office of the Judge of the District Court, Probate Division, County, Oklahoma.
