NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

Route 66 Mini Storage LLC located at 9702 East 520 Road in Claremore, OK 74019 will hold a Public Sale on Saturday September 11th @ 10:00 a.m.  The contents of the occupants leased space will be sold to satisfy the Owners/Operators lien in accordance with Section 191-200, title 42 of Oklahoma Statutes. Bidders must bid on the entire contents of storage unit.  Terms are Cash Only.  Successful bidders must remove contents on the day of the sale.  The following Unit content shall be sold:

    Opportunity for Public Hearing

    All interested persons are hereby given notice that Pelivan Transit owned and operated by Grand Gateway EDA and the Northeast Oklahoma Tribal Transit Consortium are seeking financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation, (Federal Transit Administration) for the purpose of operating integrated public rural transportation and tribal transit systems.  The Federal Transit Administration’s Section 5311 and 5311 (c) Grant fundings will be used to operate an integrated Public Rural Transportation System

    Pelivan Transit owned and operated by Grand Gateway EDA and the Northeast Oklahoma Tribal Transit Consortium consisting of the Eastern Shawnee, Miami, Modoc, Peoria, Ottawa, Quapaw, Seneca-Cayuga, Shawnee and Wyandotte Nations and Tribes of Oklahoma are currently receiving funds through the Federal Transit Administration for the purpose of operating a Section 5311 Rural Transportation Program and Section 5311 (c) Tribal Transit Program.
