Notice is hereby given to the above named individual(s) who are claiming an interest in the below described property, that Plaintiff, Bank Of Oklahoma, N.A. d/b/a BOk Mortgage, in the above styled case filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, its Motion to Confirm the Sheriff’s Sale held the 31st day of August 2010, concerning the following described real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
LOT TEN (10) IN BLOCK ONE (1) OF AMENDED SPRINGBROOK ESTATES I, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
Said hearing will be heard before Judge Dynda Post, on the 28th day of September 2010, at 9:30 A.M., at the Rogers County Courthouse building in Claremore, Oklahoma.
