TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued for a modification of child support, alimony and custody/visitation in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. FD-2009-270, styled as Tonya Louise Spies v. Dwane Patrick Spies. In this action, the Respondent alleges alimony should be modified. Additionally, Respondent alleges that child support should be modified per the child support guidelines and based on the Respondent’s current income. Respondent also alleges that there has been a permanent, material and substantial change of condition that warrants a modification of the current custody/visitation order.
You are notified that you must answer the Motion to Modify Child Support, Alimony and Custody/Vistation filed by the Respondent within Forty-Five (45 days) days of the date of this notice, or the allegations contained therein will be taken as true and the Respondent’s requests and judgment will be entered against you and in favor of the Respondent as requested by the Respondent.
