Invitation to Bid
The Fleet Department will open sealed bids for YEARLY bid on BULK OIL, SB-2013-04, on March 12th, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, 104 S. Muskogee Avenue, Claremore, OK, 74017. The results will be publicly read aloud during the bid opening.
A mandatory pre-bid conference is not scheduled for this bid. The City reserves the right to waive informalities in the bids and reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of the City. The successful bidder will be notified in writing.
