NOTICE OF HEARING FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNTING, DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION, APPROVAL OF ATTORNEY FEES, COSTS AND EXPENSES AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

NOTICE is hereby given that Carolyn Ann Hayes, the duly appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the Estate of Shelby Lynn Kerr, deceased, has filed in this Court her First and Final Account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Accounting, Decree of Distribution, Approval of Attorney Fees, Costs and Expenses and Discharge of Personal Representative.  A hearing has been fixed by the Judge of the Court for the 19th day of December, 2012, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom, Rogers County Courthouse, 219 South Missouri, Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Account should not be settled and allowed, the Estate distributed, the attorney fees, costs and expenses approved and the Personal Representative discharged.
