NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
Notice is hereby given that Ted Wayne Caywood, Personal Representative of the Estate of Joyce Caywood, deceased, having filed in the Court his Petition for Distribution of said estate and for final discharge of said Personal Representative, the hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for 9:00 o’clock A.M. on the 7th day of January, 2013 at the Courtroom of said Court in the County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said estates are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said estates should not be settled and distributed, and the Personal representative discharged.
