ORDER AND NOTICE OF FINAL DECREE HEARING

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: Bradley Gene Stanley, and Natallie Marie Stanley

You are notified that Robert E. Price and Donna M. Price filed a Petition before the above-named Court praying that they be allowed to adopt the minor child named in the caption hereof without your consent for adoption.

Take notice that on 21^st day of November, 2012, the Court found the minor child could be adopted without your consent. Therefore, your consent to the adoption is not necessary and that Petitioners are proper parties to adopt.

The Final Decree Hearing on the Petition is set for 1:15 o’clock p.m. on the 16^th day of January, 2013, in Room III of the Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma before the Honorable Erin Oquin.

YOU ARE THEREFORE NOTIFIED THAT THE COURT WILL HEAR EVIDENCE IN SUPPORT OF AND IN OPPOSITION TO THE GRANTING OF THE APPLICATION AT THE TIME AND PLACE ABOVE SHOWN WHERE YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE PRESENT AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD AT SAID TIME AND PLACE INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE ADOPTION OF YOUR CHILD. YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING SHALL CONSTITUTE A DENIAL OF YOUR INTEREST IN YOUR CHILD WHICH DENIAL MAY RESULT, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OF THIS PROCEEDING OR ANY SUBSEQUENT PROCEEDING, IN YOUR CHILD’S ADOPTION WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT THEREBY ULTIMATELY TERMINATING OUR RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
