NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PROBATE OF WILL
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estates of WILLIAM ROBERT LITTLEFIELD, a/k/a WILLIAM R. LITTLEFIELD, Deceased, and of RUTH LILLIAN LITTLEFIELD, a/k/a RUTH L. LITTLEFIELD, Deceased, that on the 26th day of November, 2012, ROBERT LYNN NIXON produced and filed in the District Court of ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM ROBERT LITTLEFIELD, a/k/a WILLIAM L. LITTLEFIELD, Deceased, and the Last Will and Testament of RUTH LILLIAN LITTLEFIELD, a/k/a RUTH L. LITTLEFIELD, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Wills, and that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to ROBERT LYNN NIXON, and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 26th day of November, 2012, notice is hereby given that the 17th day of December, 2012, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse in the City of Claremore, ROGERS COUNTY, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
