NOTICE IS GIVEN to Gloria D. Giauque; Spouse, if any of Gloria D. Giauque; John Doe, Occupant that on March 28, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
THE EAST 365 FEET OF THE WEST 485 FEET OF N/2 OF THE NE/4 OF THE NW/4 OF THE NE/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 17 EAST OF the I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $95,000.00
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-251, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is Plaintiff and Gloria D. Giauque is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $96,058.03 together with interest at 6.75% per annum from June 1, 2010, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $740.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
