Sealed Bids for the project known as the “2013 Eastwood Lakes Water Line Project” consisting of the installation of approximately 5,260 linear feet of 12” DR-13.5 HDPE Water Line with associated appurtenances located in Sections 13, 14, 23 & 24, T-21-N, R-14-E, I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma will be received by Rural Water District #3, Roger County, Oklahoma, at 13277 South Ash Street in Claremore, Oklahoma, until 10:00 AM on the 8th day of March, 2013, then at above stated time, publicly read aloud.

A mandatory prebid conference will be held at the District’s Office located at 13277 South Ash Street in Claremore, Oklahoma, at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of March, 2013. All prospective Bidders must attend.

Small businesses and minority owned businesses are encouraged to bid on this project. Rural Water District #3, Rogers County is an equal opportunity organization.

Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of Oklahoma.
