NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES

All interested persons are hereby given notice that the Grand Gateway EDA/dba Pelivan Transit and the Northeast Oklahoma Tribal Transit Consortium is seeking financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the purpose of operating a Section 5311 rural public transportation program during FY-2014. The Grand Gateway EDA/dba Pelivan Transit and the Northeast Oklahoma Tribal Transit Consortium has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26.

The Grand Gateway EDA/dba Pelivan Transit and the Northeast Oklahoma Tribal Transit Consortium is giving public notice that it wishes to abide by the policy established by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
