NOTICE IS GIVEN to Rachel N. Prock; Spouse, if any of Rachel N. Prock; John Doe, Occupant; Citimortgage, Inc. successor in interest to First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation that on March 21, 2013, at 10:00, a.m., in the Courtroom located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012—51, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation dba Coldwell Banker Mortgage is Plaintiff and Rachel N. Prock is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $82,423.81 together with interest at 5.5% per annum from November 1, 2011, including Late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $615.00 advances fore title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
