NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

NOTICE IS GIVEN to Allen Dale Stacey; Rusti Gail Stacey; John Doe Occupant that on March 5, 2013, at 10:00, a.m., in the Courtroom located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

LOTS 5, 6 AND 7 IN BLOCK 1 OF SUNNY MEADOW ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 17 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 16604 E. Blue Sky Drive, Inola, OK 74036

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $155,000.00

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-643, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is Plaintiff and Allen Dale Stacey and Rusti Gail Stacey is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $145,461.29 together with interest at 5.5% per annum from May 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $490.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
