 Sealed Bids for the project known as the “2013 S.H. 88 Water Line Project Phase IV” consisting of the installation of approximately 4,440 linear feet of 12” DR-13.5 HDPE Water Line with associated appurtenances located in Section 31, T-22-N, R-16-E I.B.&M. will be received by Rural Water District #3, Roger County, Oklahoma, at 13277 South Ash Street in Claremore, Oklahoma, until 10:00 AM on the 8th day of February, 2013, then at above stated time, publicly read aloud.

A prebid conference will be held at the District’s Office located at 13277 South Ash Street in Claremore, Oklahoma, at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of February, 2013.  All prospective Bidders must attend.  

Small businesses and minority owned businesses are encouraged to bid on this project. Rural Water District #3, Rogers County is an equal opportunity organization.  Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of

Oklahoma.
