Section 866. 1 to 866.36 a public hearing will be held by the City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. in the Claremore City Hall Complex, 104 South Muskogee, Claremore, Oklahoma to hear the application of HIGHWAY 20 CORNERS, LLC, AN OKLAHOMA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY to rezone the following described property, to-wit:
