NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE

NOTICE is hereby given that the duly appointed and qualified Co-Personal Representatives of the above-captioned estate has filed in this Court a Petition for Determination of Heirship, Distribution of said Estate, and Discharge; said hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of the Court for the 4^th day of February, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., at the Courtroom of said Court in the County Courthouse in Claremore, in the County and State aforesaid, and all persons interested in said Estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Estate distributed and the Co-Personal Representatives discharged.
