NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of LILA LEE BROCK a/k/a LILA L. BROCK, Deceased, and of JAMES R. BROCK, Deceased, that on the 7 day of January, 2013, JEFFREY L. BROCK applied for Letters of Administration on said estates to be granted JEFFREY L. BROCK, and requested that the Court determine the identity of all heirs of both deceased persons.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 7 day of January, 2013, notice is hereby given that the 4th day of February, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed a s the time for hearing said Petition at the District Courtroom in the Courthouse in the City of Claremore, County of Rogers, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
