Be advised you have heretofore been sued in the District Court of Rogers County in the above referenced cause for an Order commanding the Medical Examiner of the State of Oklahoma to release the body of Jeremy Brewer, to his father, Dan Brewer.
You are further advised that the Court has ordered service by publication in this matter and further has ordered that an expedited hearing be set. The hearing is hereby for Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. before the Honorable Sheila A. Condren, Associate District Judge. You may then appear and show cause, if any you have, why the Court should not order or release the body to the decedent’s father, Dan Brewer.
