CITY OF CLAREMORE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Pursuant to Title 19, Oklahoma Statues 19, Section 866. 1 to 866.36 a public hearing will be held by the City of Claremore Board of Adjustment on February 12, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, located at Claremore City Hall Complex, 104 South Muskogee, Claremore, Oklahoma to hear the application of Bruce Billman and Cheryl Kelley for a Variance PERMIT to allow to reduce the rear setback from 20 feet to 5 feet on the following described property, to-wit:
The East 20 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3 and the West 5 feet of Lot 4 in Block 66 of the CITY OF CLAREMORE, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Plat thereof.
