NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 14 day of October, 2010 at 10:00 o’clock A.M., of that day of the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of Rogers County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, described as follows:

to satisfy the judgment and lien in the sum of $137,832.47, for the further sum of $2,500.00 for an attorney fee, abstracting expenses in the amount of $250.00 and the costs of this action accrued and accruing, the total of the sums to bear interest at the legally allowed rate  per annum until paid, whereof all of the sums remain unpaid.  Said property has an appraised value of $110,000.00.
