TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff has filed herein its Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale in the above entitled cause. That said Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale will be heard before Judge Sheila A. Condren, in Room No. Division 5 of the Rogers County Courthouse, on the 9th day of January, 2013, at 1:30 o’clock p.m. You must appear at said time and present any objections to the said sale proceedings or the Motion to Confirm Sheriff’s Sale will be sustained and the sale confirmed.
