NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, LEGATEES, AND DEVISEES, DISTRIBUTION, AND DISCHARGE

ALL persons having claims against Agnes Matilda Keller, deceased, are required to present the same with the necessary vouchers to Janice C. Long, Personal Representative at 30820 Long Lane, Inola, Oklahoma 74036 or to her attorney, David L. Ashbaugh, 219 S. Lynn Riggs Blvd., Claremore, Oklahoma 74017, on or before the 29th day of October, 2012, or the same will be forever barred.

All persons interested in the estate of Agnes Matilda Keller, deceased are hereby directed to appear in Courtroom V of Rogers County District Court, Claremore, Oklahoma, on the 5th day of November, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. to show cause, if any they have, why the final accounting should not be approved and final orders made determining heirs, legatees, and devisees, decreeing distribution, discharge of the Personal Representative and the closing of said estate.  The final accounting and the petition for distribution will be filed in this matter on or before the 29th day of October, 2012
