NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE IS GIVEN to Cheryl L. White; Spouse, if any of Cheryl L. White; John Doe, Occupant; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee from Nationpoint, a division of FFFC, an Op. Sub. Of MLB&T Co., FSB, its successors and assigns; Greenbrier Homeowner’s Association that on January 3, 2013 at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT THREE (3) IN BLOCK SIX (6) OF GREENBRIER PARK, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

Subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $108,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-31, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. as Successor to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2 is Plaintiff and Cheryl L. White is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $102,533.64 together with interest at 6.4% per annum or at the current adjustable rate from February 1, 2010, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $490.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
