NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Patricia Leazanne Bell, deceased, that on the 9th day of October, 2012, there was produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Patricia Leazanne Bell, deceased, dated the 8th day of February, 2012, and there was also filed in said Court the Petition of Michael Warren Hopkins praying that the Will be admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Michael Warren Hopkins, the Personal Representative named in the Will, to serve without bond, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, legatees and devisees of the decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 9th day of October, 2012, notice is given that the 29th day of October, 2012, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the Rogers County Courthouse, 219 South Missouri Street, Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
