NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY-PRIVATE SALE
Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of an order of the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, made on the 23rd day of July, 2002, in the matter of the estate of Robert Brown, deceased, the undersigned, Roger Brown, Personal Representative of the Estate of said deceased will sell at private sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation of said District Court, on or after the 24th day of August, 2012, at 1:00 o’clock P.M., all right, title, interest, and estate in and to the following described real estate and personal property situated in Delaware County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
TRACT 1: A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE/4 NE/4 NE/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Twenty-two (22) East, more particularly described as follows: beginning 52.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE/4 NE/4 NE/4) for a point of beginning; thence East 143.6 feet; thence South 251.5 feet to the GRDA Taking line; Thence South 88˚22’ West 144 feet; thence North 251.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 80 acres, more or less.; plus walkway, boat dock, and 2 attached hydrahoists.
TRACT 2: A tract located in the NE/4 NE/4 NE/4 of Section 23, Township 24 North, Range 22 East of the I.M. More particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the South West corner of the NE/4 NE/4 NE/4, thence North 100 feet, thence East 200 feet, thence South 100 feet, thence West 200 feet to the beginning; and
TRACT 3: A tract located in the NE/4 NE/4 NE/4 of Section 23, Township 24 North, Range 22 East, of I.M. more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning 100 feet North of the SW corner of the NE/4 NE/4 NE/4, thence North, 100 feet, thence East 200 feet; thence South 100 feet, thence West 200 feet to the point of beginning; and
TRACT 4: A tract of land beginning at a point on the Northwest corner of the NE/4 NE/4 NE/4 of Section 23, Township 24 North, Range 22 East, thence South along the West boundary of said tract a distance of 460 feet, thence East on an angle of 90˚ a distance of 200 feet, thence North on an angle of 90˚ a distance of 79 feet, thence East on an angle of 90˚ 172 feet, thence North on an angle of 90˚ a distance of 381 feet to the North boundary of the NE/4 NE/4 NE/4 thence West along said boundary a distance of 372 feet to the point of beginning.
And the following Described Personal Property located in Rogers County, Oklahoma to-wit: 1929 Ford Model A. Automobile, car trailer and household furniture, for cash.
Bids must be in writing and may be delivered to the Personal Representative, c/o his Attorney, William H. Castor, at 104 North Cherokee, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74017, or at any time after the first publication of this notice and before the making of the sale.
