NOTICE OF SALE

TO:     Corey B. Pope, a single person,  County Treasurer, Rogers County, Oklahoma,  Board of County Commissioners, Rogers County, Oklahoma

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Sale issued in the above-styled action on the 5th day of September, 2012, wherein the United States of America is Plaintiff and Corey B. Pope, a single person, et al., are Defendants, the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Oklahoma has been directed to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property:

Lot 12 in Block 2 of JOHNSON HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION, to the Town of Inola, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.

to satisfy an in rem judgment and decree of foreclosure in favor of the Plaintiff and against Defendant, Corey B. Pope, a single person, obtained and made in such Court on the 10th day of August, 2012 for the sum of $75,865.93, plus administrative charges in the amount of $2,894.51, plus accrued interest in the amount of $4,489.59 as of October 27, 2011, plus interest accruing thereafter at the rate of 5.625 percent per annum or $11.69 per day until judgment, plus interest thereafter at the current legal rate of 0.17 percent per annum until fully paid, and the further sum due and owing under the subsidy interest credit in the amount of $3,213.56, plus interest on that sum at the legal rate from judgment until paid, plus the costs of this action in the amount of $15.00 (fee for recording Notice of Lis Pendens), plus any additional sums advanced or to be advanced or expended during this foreclosure action by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance, abstracting, or sums for the preservation of the subject property, plus any other advances.

I will offer for sale on the 11th day of December, 2012, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. at the East Door on the South Side of the Rogers County Courthouse, in the City of Claremore, Oklahoma, for cash in hand, the above-described property, which property has been appraised for the sum of $105,000.00.  Title and possession will not pass until after judicial confirmation of the sale and issuance of a Marshal's Deed.
