NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO THE HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN AND CREDITORS OF SAID DECEDENT:

You are hereby notified that CHERYL WAY has applied for the issuance of Letters of Administration in said estate and that she be appointed Personal Representative of said estate, and that the heirs of deceased be judicially determined.

Said Petition will be heard before this Court in the District Courtroom of the Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, on the 8th day of April, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
