NOTICE OF HEARING ON FINAL REPORT AND FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL REPORT AND FINAL ACCOUNT AND DETERMINING HEIRS, LEGATEES AND DEVISEES, AND PETITION FOR FINAL DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the ESTATE OF MARTHA SUE MCLEMORE, and GROVER CORDELL MCLEMORE, Deceased, that on the 13 day of February, 2013 Derrick McLemore filed in said Court his Final Report and Final Account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Final Account and Determining Heirs Legatees and Devisees, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge, praying that Court settle, allow, approve, and confirm the Final Report and Final Account, determine the heirs at law, legatees and devisees, order the distribution of all the rest, residue, and remainder of the Estate, and discharge the Personal Representative from all further duties herein, upon distribution and payment.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 13th day of February, 2013, notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of March, 2013 at 9:00 o’clock A.M., the Petition will be heard by the District Court, in Courtroom No. V, of the Rogers County District Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
