27 February through 28 March, 2013
The Draft Environmental Assessment addresses the environmental effects of the proposed
leasing of federal property containing an abandoned dredge disposal facility to the Tulsa
Port of Catoosa (Port) and the subsequent construction of a barge fleeting facility by the
Port in the former Verdigris River channel and part of the Bird Creek channel, Rogers
County, Oklahoma, The public is invited to review the draft assessment and make
comments. A copy of this assessment is available online at: www.swt.usace.army.mil and a
hard copy is available at the:

All written comments and questions will be addressed as appropriate in the Final
Environmental Assessment. To be included in the final assessment, comments and
