ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS:
BID OPENING: 2:00 P.M. CENTRAL TIME, MARCH 15, 2013
The Grand River Dam Authority, hereinafter called the Owner, will receive Bids on:
Contract No. 41217
Substation Construction Services,
Jay, Pryor City #2, Claremore Interconnect and Centrilift Substations
at the Grand River Dam Authority Administrative Headquarters, located at 226 W. Dwain Willis Ave, Vinita, Oklahoma, 74301 and will be opened at 2:00 PM Central Time, March 15, 2013, and then publicly opened and read aloud at a designated place. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked “Sealed Bid – Contract No. 41217 - Substation Construction Services, Multi-Substation”. Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted. Bids must be turned in at the above office during the time period set forth. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Contract Documents may be examined during normal office hours beginning February 15, 2013 in the office of the Grand River Dam Authority, Administrative Headquarters, 226 W. Dwain Willis Ave., Vinita, OK 74301 and copies may be obtained upon request and payment of fee.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at 9:00 AM Central Time, March 1, 2013 at GRDA’s Transmission and Engineering Headquarters, 635 Hwy 69A, Pryor, Oklahoma with site inspection following. Please contact Ms. Wade, nitawade@grda.com for specific directions to site.
Each Bid must be submitted in accordance with the “Requirements for Bidding and Instructions to Bidders” contained in the Request for Proposal. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid. Each Bid shall contain a completed Non Collusion Affidavit and other documents, using the forms provided in the Request for Proposal. The Grand River Dam Authority reserves the right waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids.
