ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON FINAL ACCOUNTING DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND DISTRIBUTION

On this 5 day of February, 2013, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that in the above named case Mark A. Hipp, Personal Representative of the Estate of Allen Max Hipp, Deceased, has filed his final report and final account and petition for determination of heirship and distribution, the heirs and all parties interested in the estate of Allen Max Hipp, Deceased, are given notice and are hereby directed to appear in Courtroom V of the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma on the 11th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. to show cause, if any they have, why a final accounting  should not be approved and final orders made barring claims against the Estate and determining heirship and decree distribution and closing said Estate.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that notice of proceedings herein concerned be given by publication hereof as required bylaw for two successive weeks in a newspaper published in Rogers County, and that notice of said hearing shall be mailed at least ten (10) days prior to the date of hearing to the heirs whose addresses are known.
