Sean M. Patrick a/k/a Sean Michael Patrick and Spouse of Sean M. Patrick a/k/a Sean Michael Patrick, if any, Defendants

The Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, Greetings:

You will take notice that Plaintiff, BOKF, N.A. d/b/a Bank of Oklahoma (“BOKF or Plaintiff”), filed its Petition in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma against the above captioned Defendants, on January 10, 2013, and unless you answer the Petition on or before the 3rd day of April, 2013, the Petition will be taken as true, and judgment will be rendered for Plaintiff on account no. XXX0474 the sum of $113,965.85, with accrued interest in the amount of $1,267.63 and interest thereon at 5.90% per annum from October 23, 2012, until paid; late fees in the amount of $25.00, expenses in the amount of $475.00 and on said Line of Credit and Mortgage on account no. XXX1683 the sum of $27,843.65, with accrued interest in the amount of $278.79 and interest thereon at the contract rate per annum from October 23, 2012, until paid; late fees in the amount of $75.00, expenses in the amount of $50.00, abstracting expenses, a reasonable attorney’s fee, an amounts which Plaintiff may be required to advance for payment of taxes, insurance or preservation of the subject property, and all costs of this action, to-wit:

LOT TWO (2), BLOCK NINE (9), OF FALCON RIDGE II, AN ADDITION TO ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, BEING A PART OF THE E/2 OF THE SE/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

The Real Property or its address more is commonly known as 11636 N. 158th East Ave., Collinsville, OK 74021

and adjudging that Plaintiff have a first lien upon said premises in the amount for which judgment will be taken as aforesaid, and ordering said premises to be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of the amount due Plaintiff, as aforesaid, and forever barring and foreclosing said Defendants from any right, title, estate, interest, property and equity in and to said property, or any part thereof, and further judgment quieting Plaintiff’s title to the above described property will be entered.
