NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been produced in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Eve L. Falling, Deceased, with a Petition also filed in said Court praying that the Will (a copy of which is attached thereto) be admitted to probate, that Petitioner, Angelia Diane Baker, be appointed Personal Representative of the Estate, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Petitioner.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made and entered in the above-styled and numbered action, notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., the Petition will be heard before the undersigned Judge of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons may appear and contest the same.
